Please let me know what you think of these prices.  Are they too low, or too high?  I need your imput !

 

A HELPING HAND

PRICE LIST

 
               1.        House / Pet sitting – one visit daily – 15     Each consecutive visit – 10

Includes light chores:

·         Bring in the mail, newspapers, packages 

·         Take out trash on trash day

·         Bring in trash if a second visit is requested or if an overnight visit is requested

·         Pick up any litter that has accumulated around your home

·         Feed 1 or 2 pets – 2 per each additional pet

·         Water your pet

·         Take your dog out to the backyard for a break / change litter box / change fish bowl water/ change bedding

·         Love, play with and entertain your pet

 Heavy chores – additional fee depending on quantity and difficulty

·         Heavy watering

·         Tending vegetable Garden

·         Weeding

·         Mowing

·         Pool Care

·         Washing/Drying towels or children’s clothing

                  Exotic Pets handled on a case by case basis

2.        Overnight Visit - 25 for the first night - 20 each consecutive night  

       
        3.        Dog Walking – 15

·         20 – 30 minute walk in your neighborhood

·         2 dogs max per walk

·         Additional dog – 5

                  4.    Dog Park / Greenway – 20 plus gas fee

·         45 minutes of walking time and socialization

·         1- 2 dogs max

               5.    Errands – 1 hour minimum- 20 per hour plus gas charge - 4 free miles the  first hour,
                     after the first hour,  the fee starts In half hour increments – 10 per half hour plus gas

        charge   

                   ·         Pick up / Delivery – Pharmacy, Dry Cleaning, Post Office, Printing, etc

·         Driving Children to and from Play Dates, Haircuts , Dentist and Doctor Appointments, Activities

*2 child max

*additional fee – 2 per child

·         Personal Shopping – Clothing and Personal Items

·         Gift Shopping

·          Shopping for Household Items – Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Wal Mart

·         Grocery Shopping

·         Vet / Groomer  - 2 pet max – additional fee – 5 per additional pet

·          Car Service / Car Wash – No Additional Fee for Gas

·         Airport Pickup

6.       Childcare –  Available for Potty Trained  Children Only – Home Sitting - 13 per hr for 1 -2 children

·         Additional fee for additional child – 2 per hr

·         Additional gas fee applied for any driving requested

 

       7.       Overnight  Childcare  – 125 per night

·         Additional gas fee applied  for any driving requested

 
       8.       Tutoring - 25 per hour

 
      9.        Waiting for service personnel to come to your home for repairs, etc., - 25 - up to 3 
              hour window / Additional time - fee will be determined depending
              on circumstances.

It is my goal to be available to you within 4 business hours of your request or less, provided I do not have another appointment scheduled.

*Not responsible for events that cause my time to be extended beyond what seems reasonable, such as traffic, long lines at registers and pharmacies, long waits for appointments, etc.  I am committed to make the most efficient use of your time.   If the time is lengthened due to my error, you will not be charged.

*Suggestion – Choose times when you think traffic and lines will be at a minimum.*
