Actually, I really can't believe I am doing this!  I use to think people must be pretty self absorbed to write a blog, but this is kind of cathartic!  I know I probably don't have a lot of valuable information that you just have to know, but if you are bored or are just tired of watching TV, I can see how reading these blogs might be just a tad bit entertaining. Especially looking into the life of someone you don't even know/  It has that reality show feel! 

But just let me give you a warning right now, this is not the Kardashians!  I have to admit, my life is pretty normal, and when it is not, I am definitely not going to be telling the world about it on this blog!

I have started checking a few people's blogs that I have found on Pinterest.  I have gotten some great ideas from that website and also  from other people's blogs.  I have also gotten more motivated to try new recipes, and do new projects around my house.

If you ever just want to find as much information as you can about a certain subject, Stumbleupon in the greatest!  I could spend hours on there! Another great website for unique products is called Wanelo. 
Sometimes making a wish list, satisfies my need to shop out in the real world!  It is a lot less expensive too!

Hey Guys!  Starting up a new business is exciting and fun!  I am obsessed with learning all I can about starting a new business, giving great customer service, setting fair prices, blogging, marketing, etc.  I feel blessed to have thought of a business that does not require that you have a lot of capital up front!

Today I worked on my price list, put flyers in mailboxes, worked on setting up this blog, did housework and gardened!  I am determined to have an herb garden along with a very small vegetable garden this summer.

It is amazing how many things I now get to do that I never had time for when I had a full time job as a teacher assistant.  I still have days when I feel like I will never get it all done, but they are not as frequent as they use to be.

Hopefully, other women who who have started their own small businesses, will comment on here and maybe we can give each other advice and encourage each other!
